Working Principle
The materials enter the feeding hopper of the Seed Cleaner cum Grader through the lifting equipment (try to make the outlet of the lifting or conveying device align with the center of the feeding hopper of the cleaning machine, so that the materials on both sides of the feeding hopper enter the bulk grain box evenly, To prevent the material from entering the side of the feeding hopper, affecting the bulk grain), then the material in the feeding hopper flows into the bulk grain box and is dispersed into a uniform waterfall surface into the front air screen. After separation, the light impurities are filtered by the cyclone dust collector and discharged by the rotary ash unloading valve. The rest of the materials enter the screen box, and the large and small impurities are removed through different screens, and the materials are classified.

Description
The Air screen cleaner cum grader is to clean light impurities through vertical air screen and then the vibration grader can clean big and small impurities and classify the material into big, medium and small size with different layers of sieves.
This seed cleaner can separate the stone different size with material, the same size stone with grain or seed need Gravity Destoner.

Structure:
The seed cleaner cum grader consists of Bucket Elevator, Dust Catcher (cyclone), Vertical Screen, vibration Sieve grader and Grain Exits.
