Principle and applicability:
This machine is specially designed for heavy loads of long-term work. The whole machine can adopt carbon steel cold plate electrostatic spraying or stainless steel structure. The conveyor chain of this machine adopts a large-pitch self-lubricating roller conveyor chain. Thereby, the friction loss of the chain in use is reduced, the service life of the chain is prolonged, and the maintenance and replacement cost is reduced.It uses modern design and high-quality components, so only minimal maintenance is required.
The Z-type rotating bucket elevator is used to transport materials through a hopper suspended on the chain in a closed shell.Capable of horizontal-vertical -horizontal combined conveying, suitable for various requiring soft handling of materials.At present, it is mainly used for the feeding of packaging machine, feeding and resorting of color sorter, and the three-dimensional cycle loading and unloading of automatic production line.
