Working Principle

This Serious Seed Coating machine feeds seeds continuously by rotary quantitative device, and seed coating agents are wrapped in the seed surface by centrifugal atomization.

The small seed coating machine is composed of a frame, feeding device, dosing apparatus, etc. The seed is adjusted by counterweight outside the feeding hopper on the frame, but the seed cannot flow out of the weighing hopper. When the seed in the weighing hopper reaches the adjusted weight, the weighting hopper shall automatically turn over, seed shall flow into the agitator by surge bin below the frame. Meanwhile, the weighing device starts a synchronous action to add the liquid medicine into the cartridge to the agitator, and under the function of the agitator, the medicine and seed shall be mixed evenly and discharged by the seed outlet, and this is the whole coating process.
