Seeds and grains can be separated and graded by the suspension and friction characteristics. Seeds flow over the inclined vibrating screen-covered rectangular deck, in which pressurized air is forced through. Seeds can be suspended and stratified according to specific weights. Heavy particles float uphill while light particles travel downhill. The rectangular deck makes the particles travel a longer distance, ensuring the perfect separation of light and heavy particles and the lowest percentage of middling, improving the quality of the end product.

Description
The 5XZ Gravity Separator is to remove blighted seed, budding seed, damaged seed,injured seed, rotten seed, deteriorated seed, moldy seed, non-viable seed, seed with black powder sick and seed with shell from grain or seed.
This Blow Type Specific Gravity Separator is to produce proportion segregation phenomenon under stress of aerodynamic and vibration friction of graininess material. By adjusting wind pressure, amplitude and other parameter, larger proportion material will sink down, move from bottom to up under stress of vibration friction; smaller proportion material moves from up to bottom.

Structure:
The Gravity Separator consists of vibration screen, gravity table, fans, machines frame and transducer.

Features
1. The Gravity Separator consists of gravity table, wood frame, seven wind boxes, vibration motor and fan motor. Product outlet, feed back outlet and bad seed outlet are available. 
2. Easily controlled of air flow is due to the clapboard of the wind box. The machine features bigger capacity.

2.The elevator features binocular super-low speed, non broken. 
3. The gravity sorter has seven wind boxes with 1350×3180 table, so the processing area is large. 
4. The advanced processing equipment includes plasma cutting equipment, CNC turret punch and sand blasting & spraying plastics machine, which guarantee smooth plate, high dimensional accuracy as well as high punching accuracy and hole distance precision. 
5. Gravity separation equipment adopts high quality bearing, Vietnam beech and high quality stainless steel table facet.
